Sales Reps (BUs)

Your tasks and responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for the promotion of Innovative Womens Healthcare products to a network of Key Customers and Stakeholders at a regional level (Healthcare professionals and Primary Care key Stakeholders - ARS, ACES, USF)
  • Ensure the implementation of both sales and marketing plan, according to sales targets set for the region and Key Customers
  • Drive a Key Account Management concept and strategy in the way of work within the Primary Care Sales Team;
  • Be the driver of the development and implementation of Multi-Channel activities.
  • Maximize return from promotional investments
  • Identify potential impacts to business and transmit relevant market information to the Team
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, identifying business opportunities
  • Fully respect Apifarma Code of Ethics as well Bayer corporate compliance policy
  • Creates a plan to achieve objectives through sales and servicing of customers at a regional level
  • Assure the implementation of LIFE values within day work.

  • Experience in Product launch
  • Solid knowledge on market dynamics
  • Strategic mind-set, decision making ability and capacity to synthesize and integrate input
  • Drive for results. Ability to work with predefined objectives/targets
  • Positive attitude, be open minded and be able to inspire others
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Portuguese native speaker
